• hot tubs, saunas, or very hot showers
• tanning and direct sun exposure
• heavy sweating, intense workouts, or friction
• exfoliating
• applying scented, harsh, or active skincare products

Many clients return every 4-6 weeks to maintain smooth, soft results.
I will give you my recommendation after our first appointment!
how often should i schedule?
Please let us know BEFORE YOUR SERVICE if you:
- are using Retin-A, Accutane, Differin, or other exfoliating/prescription skin products
- have sunburn, irritated, or broken skin
- have allergies or sensitivities

You may feel brief discomfort, especially during brazilian or bikini waxing, but it passes quickly - and most guests say it becomes easier over time as hair grows back finer.
does waxing hurt?
Arrive with clean, product-free skin. Avoid oils and heavy lotions on the day of your appointment.
Hair should be at least 1/4" (around 2-3 weeks of growth)
How do i prepare for a wax?
From the moment you arrive, my goal is to make you feel at ease. I'll walk you through your service, answer any questions, and make sure you feel comfortable.
what should i expect?
No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service total.
No show policy
If you arrive late, I'll always do my best to accommodate you. However:
Arriving 10+ minutes late will require rescheduling and be treated as a within 24-hour cancellation.
15-minute late policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time.
Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service total.
